You are my friend, dear Elizabeth and I love you. You welcomed me into your family and we spent many precious moments together. I am only one of many of whom you've touched. You lovingly took us in for months and blessed us with your laughter, your stories, and your kindness. I have the best grandmother-in-law and I'm truly fortunate to carry your last name. You are the touchstone to my husband, a great encourager and his best friend. It is safe to say your loss is already felt immensely.

To my family and friends who are feeling this incredible loss, I'm circling you in prayer for peace and comfort all while saying thanks for each and every one of you. You all are a part of this amazing woman who's heart, grace and tenacity were admired fervently. You all have a piece of her in you and that is an amazing gift. A beautiful legacy she leaves behind. May peace be with each of you as we navigate a new chapter.
