This is absolutely shocking and devastating. John was one of the most wonderful and kind persons I've ever known. I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am for your terrible loss.

I have been so very, very sad since hearing the news of John's passing. I got to know John as a fellow tutor at WCC. He was my go-to person when I had any questions about literature or poetry. He was always happy to help and share his knowledge with me and students. Just yesterday, a student, hearing about John's sudden death, broke down in tears, and said that John had been so helpful to her that she told him she would share her diploma with him.
John had a big positive influence on everyone at the Writing Tutorial.
I will miss seeing him very much. Maddy Richenthal
