I was so sorry to hear about Gloria's passing. We were originally friends from Fire Island for many years and then from the neighborhood when I moved to the East Side. We even celebrated her last two birthdays; the 90th at Jane & Ed's and then just the two of us at a local restaurant. We were planning to get together soon after the terrible March weather.
Gloria was a very special person Always beautifully dressed; always beautiful. I will miss her.

I was so sad to learn of Aunt Glo's passing this past week. She was one of my parents' oldest and dearest friends, and has been an important part of my entire life. She was beautiful, stylish and funnyshe always dressed to the nines and taught me everything I know about skin care, pedicures, etc! I stayed in her little apartment in NYC many times while she traveled, which was so fun for me. And she loved Italy, and all things Italian. I have so many memories of our times together, and will always remember making her laugh. Rest in Peace, GloriaI love you and will keep you always in my heart.
My condolences to the Gengo family and Gloria's friends.

I am so sorry to hear this news. My sisters and I had been trying to reach her these past couple of months unsuccessfully so thought she might have been in a nursing home. She was an important extended member of our family, including my godmother. I will miss her dearly and feel lucky to have had her in my life. Please let us know if there is any kind of memorial planned. Suzanne (Hopkins) Moseley smoseley@moseleymill.com
